Even crysis 3 and total war would run smoothly lol.

Besides, the next gen will be able to handle almost all requirements for existing pc games. I’m just saying it’s okay to use console. I’m not saying pc is bad or console is better or anything like that.
It’s a mechanic I like that is really subdued when using a mouse. Performance on Xbox One is still not good enough. Both take steps towards improving performance to acceptable levels.
Both bring bundles of new content to Subnautica. Recoil exists and adds a bit of realism to some games. Besides, using a mouse almost nullifies weapon recoil on must games which is something I don’t like. I do not feel like devoting the time to redeveloping fps skills. It’s mostly because I’m much better on the console relatively, whereas on PC you play against people that are much more competitive and have god tier aiming. Anything that has a visual appeal, isn’t competitive, or really just isn’t a first person shooter. I like PC for games like subnautica or stardew valley. I personally like the analogue on controllers much more for first person shooters. I play both and will continue to support both. I had just built a Cyclops and now it's gone. Sorry about the rant, but I just lost three hours of progress and I'm feeling really frustrated and disheartened. The lag and the loading times are still bearable somewhat. It's really hard to play the game when the map doesn't load and your games don't save. I love this game to death, but throw me a bone here guys. From what I've read this issue has been present since the early builds, and they still haven't gotten around to fix it? If you accidentally forget and continue on thinking it's just a chasm, you clip into the map and take damage, and can't come out.ģ) Incredibly long loading and saving times, sometimes reaching 5 or 6 minutes.Ĥ) THE GAME FLAT OUT DOESNT SAVE AT TIMES. After playing for a while though, I've come to realise what a terrible job they've done porting the game to console.ġ) Major lag, multiple freezes, some whole biomes run at an unplayable framerateĢ)Major pop-in issues, large parts of the map don't load at times, and you need to wait almost a minute for the large blank space you're staring at to suddenly turn into the grand reef. Game is amazing, I love all the new updates and stuff they've added over the years.

The developer also promises some “more exciting news for you in the new year,” which could be related to its next Subnautica title (which past job listings confirmed was in development). However, those on a modded playthrough can select the “legacy” beta on Steam and continue playing. Over 800 bug fixes for base building, navigation and piloting issues have also been implemented. Item bars from Below Zero and an option to disable light flashes are also available. In addition, some accessibility options have been made, like the TextMeshPro plugin for improved UI readability, an “Unstuck” button and a PDA pause.
The save system has also been “refactored and optimized” to be faster and more reliable. These include the Large Room, Glass Dome and surface hatches.
Since it’s now on a unified version of Unity along with Subnautica: Below Zero, it benefits from several bug fixes, improvements to performance, and even some base pieces from the latter. Unknown Worlds Entertainment has released a big new update for Subnautica.
